When do you receive your miMaO order?
Our orders are sent by DHL, SEUR or GLS, some of the best delivery companies in the world.
The delivery time is 1-4 working days from the time it leaves our warehouse. If you are absent, the transport agency will contact you to make a new delivery attempt.

During sales, Christmas or Black Friday the delivery date may be affected.

IMPORTANT: You can't use more than one discount code at a time.

How do you return or exchange your miMaO shoes?
In the case of exchanging your miMaO, THE FIRST EXCHANGE will be free of charge, this will allow you to better choose the size or colour of your miMaO. The courier company will pick up the pair you want to exchange, and once they have got it, we will send the exchange order.

If you want to RETURN your miMaO, we will refund the total amount of the shoes to the same payment method, but never the shipping costs.

In case of a second action of exchange or subsequent return, 5€ will be deducted from the amount of the shoe and the shipping costs will not be refunded.

In case you want an exchange for a size already sold out the management would have the same conditions as a return, the total amount of the shoe would be refunded but not the shipping costs.

* Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 19:00.

*Telematic errors in prices on the web do not condition the delivery of the shoe. So if by telematic error a shoe comes out at a price that is not correct we will not proceed to send it unless the full amount is paid.

* We do not allow the return or exchange of products that we consider to be used. We may charge up to 100% of the amount in the case of receiving a clearly used product.

* THE DEADLINE TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR miMaO is 15 calendar days.

* Orders placed in December have the exchange and return period extended until January 8th.

What happens if a miMaO is out of stock?
Our styles are updated and changed throughout the season, this means that shoes that are sold out are replaced by others. So, if you like a model, don't hesitate to buy it before it sells out.

Is it safe to pay online?
Our website has the so-called SECURE PAYMENT offered by the Shopify platform, this means that your payment details are encrypted for a totally secure and reliable payment. Your card details or the payment method you use will not be stored.
