With On Demand Delivery (OOD), you can choose to activate specific delivery options and have DHL Express notify you via email or SMS about your order’s progress. You will be able to make changes to your delivery while it´s on its way if this DHL service is available in your location.
Once you place your order you will receive and email from DHL letting you know the estimated date of arrival. If ODD is available, you will be able to access the ODD site through a special link in this email.

-Orders placed on Thursdays after 18:00hrs might be sent on Monday.
-In the case of being absent and not claiming the parcel to DHL, GLS or DPD, it will be returned to our warehouse. If this happens, the shipping cost will not be refunded. If the customer wants the order to be sent again, you will need to pay for the shipping.
